Due to COVID-19 Christ Like Nanny and Domestic Staffing has taken on a virtual recruiting process, and before being placed all nannies, staffing employees, and clients should discuss how employees will be integrated into the home or business for the safety of everyone.
You have identified the need for a nanny or domestic staffing.
We will set the frame for the position and create a profile of required competencies and skills (including work schedule, salary, and benefits- if Offered) for your new nanny or domestic employee. Next, we will put together a job ad and choose the proper communication channels to fill the position

we will weed out unqualified applicants who don’t meet the basic requirements for the position.
Stage two of our recruiting processes
The next step of our recruiting process is rating and ranking, we figure out which applicants should be asked to do an online interview and rank candidates according to which applicants meet the requirements set by clients and how we feel they would fit with the client's family.
Stage third of our recruiting processes
selected Candidate will create a video introduction and let the family know a little about themselves, then a selection will be made by the client.
